National Storytelling Week Kensington Palace ‘Royal Beginnings’ – stories of William and Mary from Helen East with Rick Wilson

palace
As part of the 13th Annual National Storytelling Week campaign from the Society of Storytelling, we rather fancy the interactive story sessions discovering secrets about our very own Kensington Palace’s first royal residents. The Palace is also hosting (adult accompanied) puppet making workshops for the older gang (age 7+), and they have a whole range of drop in events over the 1/2 term week.
Free activity sheets
We also found a couple of lovely royal inspired printable activity sheets on the Historic Royal Palace website to get you warmed up. We’ve chosen the most noble order of the garter badge for you to decorate (1), and a create your own Princess Victoria puppet sheet (2). You should be able to download them from (1)  here and (2)  here.
