The Pineapple Performing Arts School : Junior School takes place on a Sunday morning from 11am -2pm and is for children aged 5-11, students are split into narrow age banded groups, named after current or former West End shows. They take three separate classes in Singing (Musical Theatre) Dancing (Street Dance) and Drama. The groups are rotated around a variety of different teachers with different areas of expertise. “Chicago” could be in the middle of a new street dance routine, while “Grease” are working on their improvisation and “Wicked” are singing a new piece of musical theatre. In the Summer Term, all students have the opportunity to perform in a West End Theatre as part of our annual school production.

Come to the heart of dance in London and be taught by industry professionals currently appearing in West End shows. PPAS offer first class training that is different to any other Musical Theatre summer school, every class taught on this week long course, consist of repertoire from popular shows past and present all taught by the performers themselves! You will learn a whole host of routines from Wicked to Sweet Charity, Fame to Mama Mia, plus many more! A ticket to see The West End Show Charlie and the Chocolate Factory or a Chorus Line is also included with a master-classes taught by a cast members.
Previous theatre visit have included, Legally Blonde, Blood Brothers, Hairspray, Dirty Dancing Chicago, The Wizard of OZ and Matilda. Places sell out weeks in advance for these very popular courses, so book as early to avoid disappointment!
