The Big Write at Discover Children’s Story is bound to be a lively and fun event. It’s such a lovely venue, that is (for once) designed totally for kids and families in every way. Once you have factored in your travel time (we suggest the javelin train from St Pancras to Stratford International : 8 minutes) and then a take away coffee and a walk around the Westfield Shopping Centre, and over the bridge to Stratford Town, you will arrive at the Centre.
There is an indoor (soft) play area, and fab outdoor mini adventure playground there, with lots of interactive play activities, dressing up, drawing, crafting and music and slides. A little bit of everything for your active-teenies. They put on a fab range of productions (especially at Christmas), and as they are respected and well read in their world of children’s art and performance, you have a sure bet to enjoy all their events, including this weekends Big Write one. Have a look below for the times and info of what is still on offer (tickets are selling fast), and make the effort to visit, your babes will thank you for it, and you will forget about the washing & ironing for a while… xo
