DISCOVER RUSSIA : FAMILY WORKSHOPS
If you book onto any of the workshops with Roz Logan you will really enjoy your 1 1/2 hours, as she is a great educator, instructor, and so relaxed and fun she makes the time just whizz by. She tells me that she’ll be creating individual art works based on the works chosen for the week – using acrylic paint, chalk/oil pastels, tracing paper, pencil and collage – which will also fit together to create a larger group mural work. A-mazing, don’t you think?
If you are keen to come along on Saturday, or any of the other weekend workshops exploring the current exhibition of Russian art. You need to email to book your place. All the sessions will involve an interactive tour of the exhibition followed by a fun, creative workshop in response to the artist of the week. Have a look on the website for the latest list of up and coming workshops too, they are taking a different Russian artist each week, over 6 weeks in total.
