Judging by the sell out bookings of the Southbanks classical London Philharmonic Orchestra events for families, these OAE TOTS sessions have to be a sure bet for all of you that like to take the medicine of a double espresso and a hall full of energetic teenies banging and singing away to their hearts content.
This weekend as part of the Southbank Centre’s ‘Nucleo Weekend’ & ‘Festival of Neighbourhood’ you can enjoy a whole range of musical delights including the much loved OAE TOTS PERFORMANCE (see info below)  for tiny babes, and other events for bigger kids too.

Saturday 29 June : Purcell Room : GOING ON A JOURNEY

The OAE’s popular series of events for the very youngest music-lovers returns to Southbank Centre.

Travel back in time for a Baroque journey around Europe. Bring your clapping hands, singing voices and bouncing feet and meet pasta-loving horns, versatile winds and strings big and small, with members of the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment.

Suitable for ages two to five (and parents!). Tots aged over two require tickets, tots aged less than two go free, provided they do not need their own seat.
