booking your group trip

if you want to organise a group of 10+ to see any show here are the guidelines on how to do that with my culture club

SHOW SELECTION

  • select a date you want the theatre trip (from the options & availabilitY).
  • We hold the seats for 3 weeks whilst we collect payment.
  • We share the payment link – with info on the ’expiry date’.

Payment

  • I send you a credit card payment link (via Stripe) or a QR code
  • People buy tickets, they receive a confirmation by email.

TICKETS

  • I hold the Digital tickets until 2-5 days pre-performance
  • We send the tickets out to the group leader, or the individuals
  • ITS A GOOD IDEA TO ALLOCATE A group leader (so someone has the booking reference and seating list)

Pricing

Groups of 10+: Price bands A & B reduced from box office price Valid : Usually Tuesday-Thursday evenings & Wednesday matinees on off-peak performances. Details change from show to show.
